Teachers Terms & Conditions

Terms of Service and Conditions, at TarteeleQuran, you will agree on the following:

1. the quality assurance purposes. If you are not comfortable with the recording, please inform us. It is also mentioned in our privacy policy.
2. Upon successful completion of free trial classes, you will have to decide whether to continue. Fees are paid in advance at the end of each month.
3. TarteeleQuran reserves the right to stop the classes if the payment is overdue for more than 7 days without an excuse.
4. If you need to hold classes, TarteeleQuran will charge for the slot reservation with the same teacher.
5. Leave policy: Any leave is paid, and no makeup for more than 5 days.
6. If students miss class without prior notice, it will be marked absent. Make-up classes depend on teacher availability.
7. Inform your teacher 6 hours earlier on Skype or email to cancel a class for a makeup session.
8. TarteeleQuran reserves the right to cancel classes if a student is absent for more than two weeks without notice.
9. Never share your contact details with the teacher. TarteeleQuran is not responsible for misuse.
10. TarteeleQuran reserves the right to change teachers for quality assurance.
11. In case of teacher resignation, students will be provided with a new Quran teacher. Tarteel Technologies (SMC-PVT) Ltd. will not be responsible for any loss or contact.
12. Annual fee increase: Fees may increase by 6-7% at the end of each Gregorian calendar year.
13. Do not discuss payments with teachers, as TarteeleQuran will not be responsible for any loss.
14. Fees may vary according to TarteeleQuran’s policies.
15. Eid holidays are paid and included in the monthly fees, with no make-up classes or refunds for these holidays.
16. TarteeleQuran may revise its Terms at any point, which will be updated on our website.
17. These Terms apply to all students.
